Job Description:

The Alpine Village Suites, a cozy ski lodge located at Taos Ski Valley, is seeking a Hotel Manager. The accommodations include 30 rooms, one small meeting room and no restaurant facilities. The hands-on manager will oversee a staff of 6-10 employees and be responsible for sales/marketing, some bookkeeping, profitability, training, recruitment and management of overall daily operations. During off-season periods, when staffing is at a minimum, the manager will be expected to assist with the daily duties.

Job Requirements:

Management experience is required. A degree in hotel management is preferred but not required. We are looking for a take-charge person with excellent organizational skills, initiative, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a sincere commitment to guest service.
