Job Location: Western Mountains of Maine - Bethel, ME, United States
Job Description:
Eight (8) Full time seasonal positions available immediately. Position is responsible for answering incoming calls from the main switchboard and all 800 lines. The calls involve customer questions, providing accurate and descriptive information about lodging options and packages available, processing reservations. Administrative duties include delivering out going and inter-company mail, answering e-mail inquiries and on-line quotes, print and mail guest letters and brochure inquiries, answer phone messages, cancel reservations with overdue deposits, and filing.

Qualified candidates will be able to deliver high quality customer service and be composed and professional while speaking on the telephone.
