Job Description:
Full time seasonal positions available Fall of 2007. This a hands on position requiring the ability to manage a staff while providing top quality products and service while managing within a budgeted labor, supply and cost of all goods guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Seeking highly organized, enthusiastic individual to join our Food & Beverage team. Qualified candidates will possess a strong knowledge of, and be able to use all standard kitchen equipment. Must have the ability to spend the majority of the time on their feet and be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs. Minimum 1-2 years high volume kitchen experience required.
