Job Location: Western Mountains of Maine - Bethel, ME, United States
Job Description:
Full time, year round benefited position available immediately. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Performing basic maintenance on boilers, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, sprinklers and general building maintenance trades. Must be able to understand oral and written directions.
Job Requirements:
Seeking detailed orientated, self-motivated team individual to join our Building Maintenance Department. Qualified candidates must be self-motivated, able to work alone, have the ability to operate basic hand and power tools.
