Job Location: Western Mountains of Maine - Bethel, ME, United States
Job Description:
Seeking highly organized, energetic, enthusiastic team player to join our Mountain Operations team. Full time, extended seasonal benefited position available immediately. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage indoor and on-hill staff, departmental budgeting and forecasting, work with marketing staff to recruit.
Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, previous experience working in events and competition, including knowledge of timing equipment. Additionally, qualified candidates will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be flexible, provide a high level of guest service to visitors to the resort, be willing to work in other departments and on weekends and holidays, be able to perform the physical requirements of the job and any other tasks as required by the department.
