Job Description:

This is a full-time year round, benefited position available immediately. Candidate must have a solid working knowledge of facility maintenance functions, solid troubleshooting skills and a high level of organizational skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; completing maintenance requests and applicable paperwork, stock firewood, snow removal, in addition will assist when needed with housekeeping and assist guests with various needs.

Job Requirements:

Seeking self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with strong communications skills to join our Lodging Maintenance Team! Qualified candidate must have two to five years of verifiable experience in one or more of the following trades: Carpentry, Drywall, Electrical, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Heating, Painting, Pool and Spa Care or other specialty Technical skills.
