Second Cook

This position is responsible for preparation and/or cooking of food for various food service units and the main kitchen.

Qualified candidates must:

Stock materials and supplies in hot/cold and dry areas

Maintain all Cost of Goods control tools by performing quarterly updating of control cards, inventory packages, recipe books

Perform daily spot checks of all portioning tools

Provide daily documenting and recording of product spoilage

Perform cooking duties and related production functions

Ensure high food quality level that meet Universal Orlando standard and perform daily spot checks of all portioning tools

Follow established safety standards using safe food handling guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Be able to stand for long periods of time
