Kitchen Manager at Brooks Lodge

Job Description:

The primary activity at Brooks Lodge is bear viewing and sportfishing. Brooks accomodates 60 guests at a time and requires excellent customer service in every position to ensure that our guests expectations are not only met, but exceeded.

The Approximate Season Dates for Brooks Lodge: May 20 - September 18

Chef / Kitchen Manager:

  • Responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation including ordering, inventory quality control, special diet requests, and adherence to U.S. Public Health Service Standards.
  • Must have a current ServSafe certification. A current site specific TAM card would be a plus.
  • Prior supervisory and culinary experience is required.
  • Able to cook for large numbers of people, incorporating a family style buffet menu.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
