Waitperson

This position is responsible for serving food and/or beverages to the guests according to established standards. Maintains guest satisfaction and keeps dining area clean at all times.

Qualified candidates must:

Possess excellent communication skills

Ensure that guests receive prompt, friendly and personalized service

Suggestively sell food and beverage items by possessing knowledge of menu items and ingredients

Ensure that orders are taken and placed accurately, checks on tables, provide condiments,replenish drinks and/or bread

Ensure adherence to the Florida State Liquor Statutes

Have basic computer skills and accurately count and handle cash

Maintain positive guest satisfaction by answering questions, accommodating special requests, appropriately handling to complaints to the guests’ satisfaction and/or solicit assistances from the managers

Pre-bus tables, maintains area, organize and clean service stands and complete side work
