Job Description:
Assist department managers and supervisors with the daily operations of assigned location. Perform various administrative functions including scheduling breaks, maintaining appropriate staffing levels at sales points, supply ordering, and conducting morning staff meetings/trainings. Provide excellent service to our guests; offer problem-solving assistance, work direction and training to less experienced employees; responsible for the cleanliness and overall appearance of assigned sales location; knowledgeable of all products and services sold at assigned sales location as well as associated policies and procedures; an expert in use of the point of sale system and associated equipment; required to maintain a helpful and positive demeanor at all times.

Requirements: Basic education (high school), plus two years of relevant cashier or hospitality experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Previous supervisory and lift ticket sales/guest service experience highly desirable. Basic reading, spelling, and math skills required. Intermediate computer skills required (should be comfortable using the internet, checking email, and using a word processor) and have good typing skills. Ability to deal courteously and efficiently with guests and other company personnel. Ability to remain calm and organized while working in a fast-paced environment and/or when working with difficult or upset guests. Must be organized and have excellent communication/people skills. Must be able to work weekends and majority of holidays and peak days: 12/23/16 thru 1/2/17; 1/13/17 thru 1/16/17; and 2/10/17 thru 2/20/17.
