Custodial Park Services Attendants (Women’s Restrooms) are responsible for:

• Maintaining quality standards by thoroughly performing cleaning duties at various locations throughout the Universal Orlando Resort including Universal Studios Florida, Universal's Islands of Adventure, Universal CityWalk, and backstage locations. 
• Working both indoors and outdoors.
• Cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash cans, sweeping and performing general detail cleaning.
• Monitoring an inventory of cleaning supplies and paper products for a designated area and restocking as needed.
• Providing service to both guests and fellow Team Members by answering questions and offering information and assistance in a courteous manner, all while ensuring a clean environment.
• Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policies, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities. 
• Performing other duties as assigned.  

To perform the role of a Custodial Park Services Attendant (Women’s Restrooms) successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

• Consistent attendance and punctuality is a job requirement.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months to one year cleaning experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Florida Drivers License to operate Universal Orlando vehicles preferred.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and an ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. 
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of the Custodial Park Services Attendant (Women’s Restrooms) job. 

• While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required (2/3 or more of the time) to stand, walk, talk or hear, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
• The individual is frequently required (1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• The individual is occasionally required (up to 1/3 of the time) to sit, climb or balance.
• The individual must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• The individual must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds; and up to 500 pounds with the assistance of a utility truck.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include:  Close Vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); Color Vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors); Peripheral Vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); Depth Perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); Ability to Adjust Focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus).

The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of the Custodial Park Services Attendant (Women’s Restrooms) job. 

• While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions; frequently exposed to vibration; occasionally exposed to wet, humid conditions (non-weather); fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; works near moving mechanical parts; works in high precarious places.
• While performing this job, the noise level in the work environment is moderate.
