Looking for experience in Human Resources? Proctors-Management & Organizational Development have the unique opportunity to work with the Universal Orlando Organizational Development Team. Proctors-Management & Organizational Development at Universal Orlando are responsible for:
- Proctoring administration locations.
- Scanning paper surveys and typing written comments.
- Assisting with MOD functions, comment coding and summarization of annual employee survey written comments.
- Coding and summarizing written comments to yield narrative summaries.
- Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policies, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
To perform the role of a Proctors-Management & Organizational Development successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
- Organization Development, Psychology, or Human Resources degree preferred.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, communication and organization skills a must; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills required (relevant to reading and categorizing comments according to codes/themes).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferred.
- Must be able to work between 30-40 hours per week, from June thru December.
The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of Proctors-Management & Organizational Development job.
- While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.
- The individual is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with hands and arms.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
