Looking for experience in Video Editing with a world class theme park?  If so, this is the intership for you!

Video Editing Interns at Universal Orlando are responsible for:

• Assisting the Training and Communications Team with video presentations including production and editing.
• Assisting with the creation of online/video training for Team Members.
• Assisting the Communications Team with special projects and Team Member incentive programs.
• Assisting with video taping and editing of weekly briefings and updates.
• Assisting with video taping and editing of in house events for internal department distribution.
• Working with the Assistant Trainer and Sr. Trainer to videotape classroom training.
• Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policies, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities. 
• Performing other duties as assigned.

 To perform the role of a Video Editing Intern successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Must be actively enrolled for the Fall 2013 semester as a college Junior or Senior.
• Must be pursuing a degree in Film/Production, Film Editing, or Videography.
• Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA required.
• Must be willing to work up 30- 40 hours per week during Monday - Friday,  August 2013 through December 2013.
• Must have video production experience and editing experience with Adobe Premier, Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator.
• Must have knowledge of Mac Operations.
• Must have familiarity with the operation of a DSLR Camera.

The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of the Video Editing Intern job.

• While performing the duties of this job, the individual must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and reach with hands and arms. 
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include:  Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), Color Vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors), Depth Perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships), Ability to Adjust Focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus).
