Job Requirements:

Prepares food for a fast-paced, high volume restaurant or banquet. Line cooks are responsible for maintaining standards for quality, sanitation and executing and presenting dishes consistency. Employee must have the ability to work under pressure and multitask in the environment of a high volume kitchen. Culinary degree and/or strong knowledge of modern and classical cuisine preferred. This position involves cooking over hot equipment.
