Senior Product Manager

Summary : We are looking to hire an exceptional Senior Product Manager for the successful delivery of custom application development and support projects with a focus on key accounts. This role would be responsible for the high-quality and timely execution, of custom application development projects. This role would be overseeing the delivery of key accounts as well as managing customer expectations and will own the assigned accounts from a customer satisfaction perspective. Key Responsibilities: - Delivery Accountability: Direct accountability for the delivery of all projects/pods within a major account. Manage and lead project development teams from inception to completion across multiple projects. - Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for delivery accountability for internal stakeholders and customers. - Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor project managers and broader delivery teams; provide strategic direction and support - Agile Process Mastery: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and control changes effectively, ensuring delivery quality is upheld. Must have experience running projects in Scaled Agile framework - Risk Management: Proactively identify and address project risks. - Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. - Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources and personnel. - Reporting & Compliance: Ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained and provide progress reports to leadership. - Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Must-Have Qualifications: - Must have managed delivery of greenfield custom development projects with an overall team size of 30-50 FTEs - Minimum of 14-16 years of experience in IT project delivery, specifically in IT services organizations. - Must have deep expertise from previous delivery leadership roles executing multiple projects using Agile methodology. - Must have demonstrated exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills. - Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills to build customer relationships, and vendor relationships, as well as lead internal project teams. - Exceptional customer handling and expectation management. Must have worked on US-based customers. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Good-to-Have Qualifications: - MBA or equivalent professional qualification. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, SAFe Agile, Certified Scrum Master) - Experience delivering AI/ML projects. - Experience in managing US Healthcare and/or US Hospitality clients - US Visa enabled Other : Location: Pune.
