Job Description
Candidate Requirements: Minimum of at least 2-3 years of previous experience as a CDP in a luxury lodge environment Previous experience working in a Plant-based kitchen would be highly beneficial Passionate about creating and serving exceptional Plant-based meals Knowledge about flavors, plating, and trying new recipes Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team Communicate well with staff and guests alike Must be punctual and self-disciplined Must have excellent attention to detail Must be eager to grow their career This position is for a Brand New lodge that will be opening soon - the ideal candidate for this position would be plant-based as the lodge will be focusing on holistic wellness, and serving plant-based meals.
