Job Description & Duties : - Come up with best practices to help the team achieve their technical tasks and continually thrive in improving the technology of the product/team. - Decide technology & tool choices for your team. - Experiment with new & relevant technologies and tools, and drive adoption while measuring yourself on the impact you can create. - Responsible for writing code and deploying these enterprise applications to production including operational excellence. - Mentor junior members in the team - Own the scalability, performance, and performance metrics of complex distributed systems. - Apply architecture best practices that helps increase execution velocity. Mandatory / Primary Skills : - 7-10 years of experience in software development - Experience in PHP framework is mandatory(Symfony / Laravel) - Experience in PHP ORM framework is mandatory (Doctrine ORM or any other ORM's) - Experience working with REST/SOAP web services. - Design and implementation experience with one or more of the integration technologies (Pentaho, Kafka, Boomi, MuleSoft) will be a plus. - Strong in Object Oriented Concepts - Knowledge on WEB Servers: Apache, NginX. - Experience in JQuery is mandatory. - Working knowledge on complex SQL queries , Stored procedures, Triggers - Ability to solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges - Hands on experience with practices such as continuous integration, planning and code analysis. - Good understanding of branching, build, deployment, continuous integration methodologies - Substantial knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Windows environments. - Strong knowledge and understanding of PHP Design patterns. - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. - Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges - Strong problem-solving skills, algorithmic skills and data structures. - Experience in mentoring engineers - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Experience : - 8 years of overall experience in professional software engineering. - At least 2 years of hands on experience in building cloud based applications.
