About the role

Here at Redwood Bank, we are currently looking for a Finance Intern to join us on a 12-month placement. As part of the Internship, you will rotate between the whole of our Finance department, gaining valuable experience in Finance, ALM, Treasury and Financial Planning and Analysis. As a Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in various accounting functions within the Bank. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, where you will collaborate closely with our finance team to ensure the smooth operation. Daily Control production

Producing IRR reports out of WALM system

Data input for FTP/RAROC

Treasury

Daily Liquidity and Cashflow Processes

Support for ALCo

Management of Treasury Assets using TMS

FP&A

Helping to run different scenarios

Running trend analysis in excel

Personal Attributes & Experience

For this role, we are looking for someone who is currently studying a financial degree at university and is looking for a year placement to gain some on hands experience. You will need experience in Excel, have a friendly, approachable, and professional manner and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Being analytical with the drive to initiate new ideas, improvements and plans will be key to being successful in this internship.
