Qualifications & Requirements: - Valid RSA Driver's License - Proficient in Office Suite and Email - Exceptional Guest Relations skills - Ability to manage staff - Understanding and ability to manage the different departments - Ability to plan ahead and problem solve - Financial experience in budget control, stock takes and stock control Experience: - Previous experience in a Big 5 reserve and 5 star lodge necessary - Minimum 3 years experience in a Big 5 reserve - Experience working with a point of sale system - ResRequest experience will be beneficial
