Location: Eyre Court, Lincoln, LN6 3LQ

Salary range: £55,000- £60,000 per annum dependent on experience

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (hybrid working)

About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Transactional Finance, you will be responsible for ensuring the Trust’s payrolls across multiple legal entities are processed accurately and on-time. The role has full ownership and responsibility for the continuous review and improvement of current processes. The payroll manager must ensure system development and process change align with Trust strategy and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of payroll processing. The role will be the Trust’s subject matter expert on payroll and be expected to support the Charity and its subsidiaries accordingly. This includes helping shape the long-term strategy of how payroll is operated in the OSJCT Group. The role will work closely with the HR management team to deliver a first-class experience for our colleagues within the Trust from the point of hire to the time they leave the Trust.

About You:

You will be CIPP qualified individual with significant experience of working as a payroll professional within a busy and effective payroll function. We're looking for someone who is able to evidence accurate and up to date knowledge of legislation in respect of payroll processing and payroll best practice, whilst managing multiple payroll deadlines. You will be confident in business partnering with non-financial stakeholders, alongside managing a team of 6 direct reports.
