Senior Python Developer - Flask/Django

Job Description : - Play an important role in the setting up of infrastructure according to business requirements - Work closely with Product Management, Software Development, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to develop scalable and innovative engineering and analytical solutions - Ensure smooth processes between our teams in India and UK - Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery and re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability - Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources - Help combine multiple data sources to make it usable for the business Personal Skills : - Ability to think out of the box along and strong analytical skills - Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task - Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly - Excellent communication skills. Clearly articulating and documenting technical and functional specifications is a key requirement. - Proactive problem-solver - Build relationships with various stakeholders, team player - Flexibility to work in multiple complex projects and changing priorities Must have : - 4 years of experience in a Python Development - Experience with Python, Django, Flask, and SQL databases - Experience with AWS (if not, then other cloud platforms) - Experience of the full software development life cycle with industry best practices is crucial, knowledge of CI/CD is preferred Nice to have : - Knowledge of cookies, tracking and compliance - Working in a marketing/sales based engineering role or a good understanding of the marketing/sales function - Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and techniques (ref:hirist.tech)
