Customer Service Agent (Pomona)

THIS POSITION REQUIRES CUSTOMER FACING SALES EXPERIENCE We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible person for a large, well established Car Rental Company. You will be responsible for bookings, upselling, extensive client liaison, administration, and reporting. You will be dealing with corporate clients and bulk bookings, so attention to detail and a high level of professionalism are essential. A background in car rental, hospitality or upmarket retail is required. Working hours are: Monday to Friday 07h00 -16h00 or 09h00 to 18h00, (alternating week by week) and Weekends Sat and Sun 08h00-17h00 (every second weekend) Job Requirements Matric Certificate A valid Drivers License At least 2 years of customer facing sales experience Excellent planning and administration skills An excellent command of the English Language Good computer skills (Excel) Contactable references Stable work history You will need the following documents to apply.
