Job Description

Architectural Technologist Location: London Salary: £44000-£50000 (dependent on experience) Reference: SFLON303 A brilliant opportunity has become available for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a well-regarded, RIBA-chartered architecture studio in central London. This established practice is known for its diverse portfolio, with ongoing work across residential, hospitality and masterplanning projects, both in the UK and internationally. Benefits: Annual discretionary bonus BUPA cashback healthcare plan Life insurance after two years of service Critical illness cover post-probation Generous pension contributions 21 days holiday (rising to 25 with length of service) Responsibilities: Delivering detailed technical design and documentation Supporting project development through all RIBA stages, particularly Stages 4 and 5 Producing Building Regulation submissions, tender information and construction drawing packages (using NBS and CAD) Attending site inspections and supporting construction coordination Working on a variety of residential and hospitality-led schemes Requirements: A recognised qualification in Architectural Technology (Degree, HND or HNC) CIAT membership or eligibility Proven post-qualification experience in a similar role Strong technical acumen and an eye for precision Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team In-depth knowledge of current UK Building Regulations Experience with Vectorworks is a bonus To apply for this role, please call Sophie on or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to .
