Property Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team, based in East London or Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate would be "hands on", customer focused and passionate about building customer relationships Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of assigned properties Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies Oversee maintenance and repair of facilities Handle tenant concerns and requests Qualifications: Matric or equivalent Relevant degree or diploma advantageous Minimum 10 years previous experience in property industry Minimum 5 years previous experience in property management Knowledge of real estate law and regulations Network of Retail and Commercial Tenants on a National and Regional Scale Knowledge of hospitality industry advantageous Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Able to use own initiative Customer focused Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent Customer skills and closing skills Accuracy, Time Management and Planning Ability to work under pressure Self Reliant Accountability Cultural sensitivity Able to travel throughout the Eastern Cape and Sleep out
