The Hospitality Manager will oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Candidate Requirements: Diploma in Hospitality Management or Lodge Management At least 3 to 5 years experience in similar role Must have strong administrative skills Experience in purchasing, stock control and stock-taking advantageous A good knowledge of beverages and the department A valid code 8 Drivers License Must be computer literate - PAN knowledge would be beneficial Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English Must have strong leadership and mentoring skills Be a positive individual, be self motivated, confident and have good problem solving skills Passionate for the Hospitality industry and in guest satisfaction Must have good organizational and planning skills Be able to work under pressure and have good attention to detail This is a live in position with meals on duty Work cycle is 21 days on, 7 days off
