Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, smoothies, cocktails, and estate wines, with speed and consistency. Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all deli guests. Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked bar area. Support the deli team during service, assisting with guest queries and food orders when needed. Ensure proper stock rotation, beverage storage, and quality control. Uphold the estates high standards for guest experience, cleanliness, and professionalism. Requirements: 12 years of experience in a barista, barman, or beverage service rolepreferably in a premium or 5-star hospitality environment. Strong working knowledge of wines, coffee, and basic mixology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A polished appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
