Candidate Requirements: Full creditors function: reconciliation, VAT/GL allocation, Pastel data entry, supplier account reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation, payment preparation, credit applications. Debtors function: lodge query assistance, payment matching, Semper invoice capture, credit card schedule updates, monthly reservation checks, report generation, Excel data manipulation, deadline adherence, debtor follow-up. Petty cash control and cashbook management. Assisting with stock controls and checks. Willingness to travel to the Lodges as and when needed to assist with training and stock takes. This is a live-out position.
