Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reservations role A proven track record of proven experience within the hospitality industry Strong customer service skills Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken. Outstanding organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with ResRequest is advantageous Residing in close proximity to Franschhoek and the surrounding areas is preferred. Confident, friendly and able to work well with other team members Office-based role.
