Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, and event setups. Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Work closely with the Executive Chef and Lodge Management on menu design, special events, and beverage pairing. Maintain stock control, supplier relations, and budget management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Uphold the lodges 5-star service standards and enhance the overall guest experience. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years experience in an F&B management role within a luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Sound knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service, including fine dining etiquette. Proven ability to manage staff, budgets, and inventory effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering world-class service. Willingness to live and work in a remote, bush-based environment.
