The lodge is seeking a dedicated couple to fill the roles of Lodge Anchor and either Junior Field Guide or Maintenance Support. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and nature, with a friendly, hands-on approach and a strong sense of responsibility. The Lodge Anchor should have experience in guest relations, front-of-house duties, and general lodge operations, while the second partner could either be a qualified Junior Guide with a keen interest in the bush and guiding, or someone with solid maintenance skills capable of handling general repairs and upkeep. Flexibility, teamwork, and a genuine enthusiasm for creating a memorable guest experience are essential. Candidate requirements: Lodge Anchor: Prior experience in FOH Solid administrative capabilities Excellent Guest Relations skills Staff management and leadership skills Good all-round lodge knowledge Field Guide: FGASA Level 1 Valid PDP and driver's license First Aid Experience in a Big 5 reserve Excellent Guest relations skills or Maintenance: Solid understanding of lodge maintenance Staff management skills The ability to plan and execute tasks in a timely manner
