Front of House Manager

The ideal candidate for this Front of House Manager role is a highly organized, proactive individual with a warm and engaging presence. They should have strong leadership skills, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating guest services, housekeeping, and butler teams with efficiency and care. A keen eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to anticipate guest needs are essential. Experience in guest administration, reservations, stock control, and hosting will be key, as well as excellent communication skills to bring together all aspects of lodge operations. Candidate requirements: Previous experience in a Guest Facing role within a luxury establishment Experience managing housekeepers and butlers Experience in co-ordinating rosters, training staff and monitoring performance Good overall knowledge on the day to day running of a lodge as well as all departments Excellent administrative capabilities Hight attention to detail Organized and pro-active Good knowledge on stock control Excellent guest interaction skills This is a live-in role with 50% medical aid contribution, meal allowance of R3200 monthly and a bednight benefit after 3months
