Location: British Sugar, Wissington, Norfolk Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 4 weeks Shifts: Monday to Friday, 10 hours paid per day Rate: £18.00 per hour Travel/Lodge Allowance: Available for non-local candidates Job Description: We are recruiting 2x Semi-Skilled Operatives to support welding and maintenance operations inside a live industrial facility. This role involves manual handling, bolt replacement, and assisting the welding team with confined space repair work. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the removal and replacement of bolts Support the welder during screen and component repairs Work safely in a confined space environment Follow instructions and work as part of a team Requirements: Valid Medium Risk Confined Space certification (essential) Prior experience in mechanical/labouring roles within industrial settings Physically fit and comfortable working in tight environments Reliable and safety-conscious attitude
