Location: British Sugar, Wissington, Norfolk Start Date: 28th April 2025 Contract Length: 4 weeks Shifts: Monday to Friday, 10 hours paid per day Rate: Negotiable (depending on experience) Travel/Lodge Allowance: Available for non-local candidates Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Welder to carry out structural repair works in confined space environments as part of a site maintenance team at a major industrial facility. You will be working on cracked components inside process areas using MMA (stick welding) , with additional support to MIG-based works if needed. Key Responsibilities: Execute welding repairs using MMA (stick welding) techniques Work confidently within medium-risk confined spaces Support general maintenance tasks in collaboration with other operatives Adhere to site safety protocols and procedures Requirements: Valid Medium Risk Confined Space certification (essential) Proven experience in MMA welding Comfortable working in tight or confined areas MIG welding experience (desirable but not essential)
