We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most forward-thinking contract caterers to find a standout Contract Director to lead a prestigious, multimillion-pound site in Swansea. This is not your average catering gig—this is a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment where innovation, quality, and stakeholder engagement are everything. You’ll take full ownership of a high-profile, complex operation that includes: Multiple retail food outlets (branded and non-branded) Staff dining services Hospitality and events Vending and grab-and-go offerings Food Hubs External Commercial Events Facilities This is a flagship site that sets the standard—and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment with high expectations and high visibility. Leading a team of up to 80 staff (including several Head of Departments) to deliver outstanding service across all outlets. Owning the full P&L, driving commercial performance and efficiency. Acting as the face of the business for clients and senior stakeholders. Creating a strong team culture with a focus on development, accountability, and service excellence. Balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on leadership day to day Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Ensuring compliance, consistency, and a premium guest experience across the board.
