Supply chain manager

As a Supply chain Manger , you will be responsible for the following: Develop and implement a unified supply chain planning framework across all African markets within the group. Provide strategic oversight for demand and supply planning, aligning plans with sales forecasts and market dynamics. Lead the integration of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to foster visibility, consistency, and executional discipline across entities. Design and execute a supply chain digitization roadmap, focused on driving efficiency, visibility, and end-to-end optimization. Establish a supply continuity and contingency matrix to proactively manage risk and ensure reliable, cost-effective service delivery. Build and develop high-performing teams, embedding a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Oversee tactical and long-term capacity planning with suppliers to match dynamic business needs and ensure availability. Collaborate with internal teams, 3PL partners, and franchisees to ensure cohesive and agile planning execution. Lead raw material and ingredient planning to optimize inventory, reduce waste, and align with operational demand. Drive strategic supply chain optimization initiatives that align with the groups expansion and operational excellence goals. What Do You Need?: 10 years of senior-level experience in supply chain planning and logistics management, preferably within the food or restaurant industry. Proven track record in multi-country supply chain leadership, including the integration of diverse business units or subsidiaries. Expertise in supplier management, forecasting, network planning, and inventory optimization. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation and digitization initiatives. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a knack for influencing cross-functional and external stakeholders. A Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
