Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Arrange international travel (flights, hotels, itineraries) Act as a gatekeeper and manage communication (email, calls, messages) Handle personal errands and administrative tasks as needed Prepare documents, reports, and presentations What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English Tech-savvy comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, and scheduling platforms Discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities A proactive, can-do attitude with a problem-solving mindset
