Sales Co-ordinator

The Sales Co-Ordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales team and its partners, ensuring the seamless execution of sales activities that are integral to driving revenue growth. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales. The primary purpose of the Sales Co-Ordinator is to assist the sales team and contribute to the smooth operation of sales functions within the organization. Acting as a vital link between the sales team, clients, and other departments, the Sales Co-Ordinator facilitates efficient collaboration and communication across all stakeholders. Candidate requirements; Must have Grade 12 & a Tertiary qualification in Business Administration/Hospitality Management Travel-related qualifications would be nice to have Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in business administration/sales coordinator roles Experience in managing a customer database would be a nice-to-have Must have proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively Knowledge of the travel & tourism environment Skills include; Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Administration skills Customer relations skills Crisis management skills Problem-solving skills Attention to detail Verbal and written communication skills Time Management Planning & organizing Must be able to work under pressure
