Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full financial management function for a cluster of luxury hotels and resorts Lead a team of 56 finance professionals, fostering development, accountability, and high performance Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, monthly and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial policies and controls Perform financial analysis and provide strategic insights to hotel and regional leadership Manage internal and external audits, tax compliance, and risk mitigation Collaborate closely with General Managers and Heads of Department to drive profitability Implement and maintain financial systems, procedures, and reporting standards Work cross-functionally with operations to align financial strategies with business objectives Skills and Qualifications: BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance Completed Articles (SAICA / SAIPA or equivalent) Minimum 57 years in financial management, with cluster experience in hospitality (local / international hotels) Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments Strong knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management Excellent understanding of international hotel standards and global compliance practices Proficient in financial systems such SAP / Oracle, or similar If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
