Now Hiring: Front of House Staff – Join Our Hospitality Team at Hugh’s We're looking for exceptional individuals to join our Front of House team at Hugh’s , a modern neighbourhood restaurant known for warm service, elevated seasonal dining, and our monthly H Experience private tasting events. We’re not just serving meals — we’re curating moments. As part of our service team, you’ll play an important role in shaping the guest experience, from everyday lunches to exclusive chef’s tasting menus that celebrate Scottish produce, stories, and seasonality.
