Role responsibilities Managing a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors including SMEs, charities and larger corporate groups Planning, leading and reviewing audits, ensuring compliance and technical accuracy Acting as the primary contact for clients, offering strategic and practical advice Overseeing audit teams during on-site fieldwork, reviewing work and providing guidance Working closely with partners on complex audits, risk areas and technical challenges Monitoring budgets, timelines and quality standards to deliver excellent service Supporting the development and progression of junior staff through coaching and review Contributing to business development and supporting growth within the audit department About the firm This established and nationally connected firm is known for its hands-on, partner-led service and strong relationships with clients across a range of sectors.
