AI Solutions Engineer

We're looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer to join our fast-moving, AI-focused team. Your focus will be on building and evolving AI-driven workflows using AirOps , collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to launch and iterate on impactful features. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our internal tools , customer-facing solutions , and explore cutting-edge use cases at the intersection of AI and growth . Key Responsibilities : Build AI workflows using Client’s workflow product (tool similar to flowiseai). Cross collaboration with teams across different areas (marketing, sales, growth, engineering, design, etc.) to develop scalable processes/templates and improve user Partner with our Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to build new templates and workflows aligned to product launches and customer expansion opportunities Work cross functionally with engineering, design, CX, growth, and content team members to bring features to market quickly & iterate based on feedback Monitor key metrics closely; analyze trends/patterns & recommend solutions to improve business outcomes Test the product and provide feedback to improve the customer experience and usability Experience : Hands-on experience with AI and LLM (must) Experience in automating processes / workflow automation tools or system integrations is a strong plus (example: Zapier, flowiseai, langflow, Apache airflow) (complex) Prompt engineering and retrieval is a strong plus Background in solutions engineering is relevant. LangChain, Python or JavaScript preferred Strong analytical skills Why Join Us?
