About the Job. The Ideal candidate for Manager Butler is expected to have a smart and neat appearance, reflecting One&Only Mandarina's high standards. A warm and genuine smile, which shows a personal interest in each guest and a genuine desire to be of service at any time. The Manager Butler is also expected to have a critical eye for detail regarding cleanliness, hygiene and service. About you. Schooling: High School - University Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position Bilingual (English/Spanish) Specific Knowledge: Food and Beverages, public relations, location of areas and rooms, Opera, Windows. Basic knowledge: Opera, supply management. Organized Ease of speech Service Oriented Clear and precise communication Ease of working under pressure Detail oriented Positive attitude Personnel management Knowledge of the policies and procedures of the department and hotel in general Must already be legally permitted to work in México.
