What You’ll Do: Executive Partnership & Leadership Synchronization • Serve as a daily partner and advisor to the CEO, helping set and maintain strategic priorities—and ensuring alignment from the boardroom to the front lines. • Bring foresight to the table: anticipate emerging problems, potential political potholes, or reputational risks, especially in new or cross-cultural environments. • Translate broad vision into coordinated, trackable initiatives across the leadership team. Keep the long game in focus while optimizing daily execution. Policy Development & Organizational Decision-Making • Collaborate directly with founders to shape internal policy, decision frameworks, and company-wide governance standards. • Surface and synthesize the information required to make better, faster decisions at the executive level—ensuring that what should be seen, is seen. • Maintain a steady pulse on team culture, operational rhythm, and organizational blind spots. Investor Relations & Capital Strategy • Act as a key point of contact for our investors—ensuring consistent, transparent, and compelling communications. • Support and refine capital raising strategy, manage investor reporting cycles, and identify new strategic investment opportunities. • Develop a system of trusted feedback loops between investors and internal teams that supports sustainable growth. Strategic Partnerships & Institutional Alliances • Lead or support high-priority relationships with global institutions, healthcare regulators, academic research partners, and public sector stakeholders. • Advance diplomatic relationships with care, humility, and purpose—navigating complexity while keeping Beond’s mission at the forefront. • Serve as a bridge between clinical, regulatory, and commercial worlds, helping partners understand the unique promise of psychedelic-assisted healing. Client-Centered Innovation & Hospitality Leadership • Help define and evolve the standard of client care across our global sites, integrating feedback loops from every corner of the healing experience. • Collaborate with client services, clinical leadership, and hospitality teams to design and operationalize premium, trauma-informed experiences. • Ensure client-centered insights inform broader company strategy—from product design to brand voice to public messaging. What You Bring: • 8–12 years of experience in strategic operations, investor relations, leadership advising, or senior roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments. • Experience in investor communications, cross-sector partnerships, and/or luxury wellness, biotech, or healthcare sectors. • High emotional intelligence, diplomacy, discretion, and trustworthiness—especially in high-stakes or confidential contexts. • An ability to operate autonomously while embodying the implicit voice and priorities of the CEO. • A systems-thinker’s brain and a servant leader’s heart. • An openness to emerging healing modalities—including psychedelics—and a deep belief in whole-person wellness. • Bonus: Experience navigating international or emerging markets, including Latin America, Africa, or Asia.
