During remote work days, you must remain accessible via mobile phone to promptly respond to work-related messages and effectively handle administrative coordination for business reception matters. Manage all aspects of office administration, including procurement of supplies and maintenance of equipment. Ensure proper housekeeping and stock management of supplies. Organize engaging company events and activities to enhance the work environment and employee experience. Assist employees / VIP guests with travel arrangements to and from Mexico such as vehicle arrangement and local restaurants searching. Act as a liaison between HQ and local service providers or guests. Required Skills Strong sense of responsibility and common sense, hands-on and committed to deliver quality service Organized, detailed, able to handle multi-tasks effectively and prioritize works to meet tight schedules/ deadlines Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills Willing to work beyond office hours and on weekends/holidays to supervise/ monitor office renovation/ business visiting Proficient in written and spoken Spanish and Chinese Pay range and compensation package - [Negotiable]
