Job Description
Service & Client Coordinator – Administrator Monterrey, Mexico (Hybrid) Full-Time | Monday to Friday (PST Schedule) Department: Service (Customer Support) Reports to: Customer Support Manager SKIDATA , part of the ASSA ABLOY Group , is a global leader in smart access and revenue control systems—found in airports, stadiums, shopping malls, ski resorts, and city infrastructure around the world. We're hiring a Service & Client Coordinator to support our North American service operations from our Monterrey office. This is a key administrative and scheduling role focused on delivering high-impact service experiences to our customers and field teams. What You’ll Do Coordinate and schedule service orders and maintenance visits across assigned regions Manage technician calendars and assign work orders efficiently Handle customer communications, service updates, and escalation resolution Support parts ordering, follow-ups, and ensure on-time delivery to service sites Audit daily service invoices and maintain accurate billing and system records Collaborate with service managers, project teams, and warehouse/logistics staff ✅ What You’ll Bring 5 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, billing, or scheduling Experience in fast-paced environments or support centers Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written & spoken) Intermediate understanding of billing or accounting; strong math/problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP or service software is a plus Organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and cross-functionally Preferred Background High school diploma or degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field Certification in billing/accounting is a plus Schedule Monday–Friday: 9AM–6PM (adjusts to 10AM–7PM during daylight savings to align with PST) Why SKIDATA?
