Key Responsibilities: Full responsibility for day-to-day lodge operations Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team to uphold 5-star standards Maintain exceptional guest relations and handle high-profile clientele Oversee budgeting, procurement, compliance, and reporting Requirements: 5 years' experience managing a luxury lodge or boutique hotel Strong leadership, people management, and guest relations skills Knowledge of lodge reservation systems and hospitality operations FGASA knowledge/affinity with safari operations an advantage
