Key Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in running all kitchen operations Manage prep, service, and stock control Uphold hygiene, safety, and plating standards to 5-star expectations Mentor junior chefs and ensure guest satisfaction at every meal Requirements: 3 years in a Sous Chef or leadership role at a luxury lodge or fine dining venue Culinary qualification essential Strong leadership, plating, and time-management skills Experience with safari lodge service styles a plus English and Afrikaans speaking
