We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our diverse global team and we’re looking for entrepreneurial individuals and leaders who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership to join a Unicorn-status scale-up Job title: Data Analyst – BAU & Current Clients The opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support ongoing analytics for current clients. You will maintain reporting pipelines, monitor key metrics, and help clients make data-driven decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, operational analytics, and consistent delivery. Responsibilities: Maintain dashboards and regular reporting packages for existing clients Monitor data quality and alert on anomalies Create and modify SQL queries to support weekly/monthly reports Use Excel for data summaries and client-friendly deliverables Collaborate with account managers and client teams to support custom requests Assist Customer Success teams in resolving questions from active clients about performance, adoption, and workflow results Access and analyze data from databases using SQL and Python (pandas, NumPy) Build Tableau visualizations to support insights and drive client conversations Participate in QA and continuous improvement of recurring data processes Requirements (Must Have): 1–2 years of experience in a data or reporting role Intermediate-level SQL (joins, aggregations, basic optimization) Strong Excel skills for business reporting Working knowledge of Python, including pandas and NumPy for automation and light data processing Tableau (capable of building dashboards and visual insights) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills English fluency (written & spoken) Nice to have: Experience with recurring analytics workflows or SLA-driven environments
