Candidate Requirements: Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a busy, high-quality restaurant environment. Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse kitchen team. Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating flavorful and visually appealing dishes. Experience with live-fire cooking or a strong interest in learning these techniques. Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to manage inventory and control food costs effectively. Creative approach to menu development and specials. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Eligibility to work in Ireland. This is a live-out position.
