We have partnered with a fast-growing Property Investor, a powerhouse within the UK Retail sector. With a specific focus on Retail Property, our client is one of the most thrilling companies in the property industry right now. They spot exciting investment opportunities and act upon them quickly, creating a fast paced, ever changing environment. They are a team of highly motivated individuals, who aim to create exciting and meaningful community retail experiences across the country. Due to their healthy flow of capital, over the last 2 years alone, they have acquired 23 new assets totalling 2 million sq ft. To facilitate this expansion, just over 3 years ago, the build of their in house team began, now sitting at an impressive 9 members within Property Management and over 15 with Property & Asset Management. Now is the time to bring on a like-minded Commercial Property Manager as an addition to this thriving team. You will have the opportunity to work on a nationwide portfolio consisting of Shopping Centres, Shopping Parades, Retail Parks, and singular Retail Units. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have 4 years of experience in Commercial Property Management, ideally be MRICS and have experience in the Retail sector, although this is not essential.
